This outline is the starting point for Anshin’s first full SOP.

  1. Intake (Own Yourself): log the machine, photograph existing damage, and give a realistic timeline and price cap.
  2. Diagnose & repair (Focus + Reinforce): work through mechanical and electrical checks step by step, and learn whatever the job needs.
  3. Quality check (Focus): test under load (cut grass, heat water, run a full cycle) before calling it done.

Section 08

Open Questions: Anshin

  1. Current stock: have Mowers #1–3 and the snowblower been sold or repaired yet? What else has been donated since?
  2. Should Anshin get its own subdomain (anshin.leoscorpioleo.com) now, for the flyer QR code and donation requests?
  3. Which of the three future divisions comes first: Field Service, Lawn Care, or Laundromat?
  4. What does “full swing” mean as the gate for the divisions? For example, a monthly revenue figure, the storefront open, or the first hire.
  5. Respirators and CPAPs are regulated medical devices, and reselling refurbished ones carries extra rules and liability. Leave them off, repair-only for the owner, or research first?
