Corporate structure & business model: the headquarters page for every brand

Corporate Master v2.4 — 2026-09-27

This page is the headquarters: the company, the org chart, and a link to every brand. Each brand has its own page for its business model, roadmap, and SOPs. FORCE Fed has its own reference page too. The public-facing story and roadmap for the whole company is the Business Plan.

Section 01

The Corporation: LeoScorpioLeo Ltd

LeoScorpioLeo Ltd is the parent company. It owns every brand below. The Coca-Cola Company works the same way: it owns Coca-Cola, Sprite, Fanta, and Barq’s, and sells its own merchandise. Hershey is another example; for years it owned pasta brands alongside its chocolate. The brands don’t have to be in the same industry. What ties LeoScorpioLeo’s brands together is one philosophy, F.O.R.C.E. Fed.

The flagship product shares the company’s name (LeoScorpioLeo t-shirts), just as Coca-Cola the drink shares a name with The Coca-Cola Company. The company is bigger than the flagship.

Mission

LeoScorpioLeo exists to empower people to rise beyond their current circumstances and live with joy, hope, and intention.

Vision

LeoScorpioLeo will be a trusted brand known for strengthening working people and promoting positive culture through media, apparel, and education.

Values

Focus · Own Yourself · Reinforce Yourself · Create Joy · Eat Something. The full reference is on the FORCE Fed page.

“People are always more important than things.”

“If there is no change, there is no change.”

Shared Services

Some functions belong to the parent company, and every brand uses them. That keeps costs down and keeps every brand recognizably part of the family.

Web architecture: “the mall”

leoscorpioleo.com is the anchor store. Anything that is part of the flagship lives in a subpath (/shop/, /blog/, /renata/). Every sibling brand is its own storefront and gets a subdomain (notariety., kiko., tsugiwa.). New brands default to a new subdomain.

Section 06

Open Questions: Corporate

  1. Should each brand be a registered trade name (DBA) under the parent, or might some become their own companies later (for example Anshin, once it has insurance and employees)?
  2. Money between brands: does each brand keep its own books, and does the parent take a share of each brand’s profit?
  3. Who else is involved in any brand today (partners, family, helpers)?
  4. Priority order: which brand gets your time first after Anshin Phase 1?

Each brand page has its own questions at the bottom, labeled by brand (for example ANS-3), so you can answer any of them by label.
